  • Reverse Hypers: 55*6 55*6 55*6
  • Pull-Throughs: 110*6 110*6
  • Seated Calves: 90*11
Really intense session, high snatch numbers again, some hex farmers (I LOVE THESE), reverse hypers nice and slow.  I really need to take advantage of the times I'm at the gym and it's not crowded so that I can do more hex farmers walks.
