- Seated Sled Pull & Push: 90*1 135*1 180*1 225*1 270*1
- Broad Jumps: 8' 7", 8' 11.5", 8' 7", 8' 7", 9' 1", 8' 11"
It's been such a mild winter, virtually no snow....of course the only times it has snowed has been on days I want to sprint. So another indoor session it is. This track season I'm going to be doing a ton of broad jumps, or at least doing them more consistently, over at Harvard's track, want to see if I can break my record there. Currently it stands at 10' 1"; indoor is 9' 6.5", I think I'd be in that range right now for indoor if I did them more often.
