- DB Rows: 120*5 120*5 120*5
- Standing Press: 155*5 160*4 150*5
- Hammer Curls: 45*8 50*5
Not bad, swapped in DB Incline for this workout, and did some DB rows instead of pullups. Got an extra rep at 160 on Standing Press.
