Barely got 285 on benching, felt good to be back at that though, pain free as well. Same with guillotine presses as well.

- BB Rows: 185*12, 12
- Snatch-Grip Pullups: 10, 10, 10
- DB Unilateral Standing Hammergrip Front Raises: 25*10, 10
