Good session, glad I bumped up weight on pullups, I enjoy heavier ones way more than lower weight and higher reps.

- Pullups: 70*3, 3, 3, 3
- Head-Supported Rows: 135*8 145*8 155*6
- Z-Press: 95*8, 8
- Close-Grip BP: 165*10 185*6
- Dead Bugs: 10, 10
