Good session, I felt pretty strong here...I was cutting on slightly higher calories for first couple months. I've reduced them some now (to 2400-2500 calories) for the past couple weeks, and for maybe two weeks more. At the end of those 4 weeks I'll see how things look. I may do a couple days of 3500 calories or something, and then cut back to 2400-2500 again through mid-June when I'm taking a vacation to California. When I get back from that I'll probably do 2400-2500 again, or if I'm satisfied with where I am bump it back to the 2650-2750 range where I'll maintain. I'm trying to hold on to some extra muscle this cutting cycle, we'll see how it goes.
