- Hanging Power Snatches: 95*6 115*5 135*2 135*3 115*4
- Seated Calves: 115*10 125*10
- Dead Bugs: 10, 10
I've been taking it easy on deadlifts the last couple months while focusing on other movements, going to take a couple weeks to lock in form again, and then start piling weight back on. This wasn't a max attempt here, but still it took more energy than it should have. Also on hanging power snatches the 135 sets have been harder than they should be lately. I need to focus on them more.
