  • Plate Loaded kneeling leg curl: 25*8 50*8
  • Unilateral Leg Extensions: 40*8 60*8 80*8
  • Dead Bugs: 10,10

Took it easy here since my legs are pretty dead from sprinting.  This was actually a fun session, I like the kneeling leg curl they have, no clue how I missed it there for so long.
