I was somewhat pressed for time here. I've started the 5 rep scheme on sets; I hit 5 on all the bench press sets, so that gets moved up 5 lbs next week.
- BB Flat: 185*5 205*5 215*5 225*5
- BB Rows: 225*5 235*5 245*5
- Chinups: 10, 10, 10
- Dead Bugs: 10, 10
