May 9, 2020 Full Body

I felt really flat for this session, not much pop at all.  Front squats went well, and the bridges, but other than that I didn't feel like I had much power.

  • Front Squats: 225*1 250*1 285*1
  • BB Incline: 185*5 205*5 225*3 ,2, 1 flat
  • Glute Bridges: 315*10 365*10 385*10
  • Pullups: 55*5, 4, 4
  • Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 95*100
  • Rollouts: 10, 10
  • Hanging Leg Raises: 10, 10
