April 29, 2020 Upper Body

Good session, 275 again on benching which is probably as high as I'll go here at home without a spotter.  Pullups went well too, adding reps at 55.  Kind of got bored doing the curls so stopped at 4.

  • Pullups: 55*4, 4, 3, 3
  • Seated Press: 115*8 130*6
  • CLose-Grip BP: 130*8, 8, 7
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
  • Hangin gLeg Raises: 10, 10
  • BB Curls: 95*4
