Wendy's birthday is today, so I didn't get to this til much later, almost 8PM actually.  Just did a quick session. 



  • BB Flat: 185*5 205*5 225*5 240*3 250*1,1,1,1,1
  • BB Rows: 250*5, 5, 5
  • Close-Grip BP: 135*10 155*10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
  • Hanging Knee Raises: 10, 10
