long session! Towards the end on one of my throws it felt like my shoulder hyper-extended or like popped out or something for a split second. Hurt like a motherfucker, came home and iced it, we'll see how it feels tomorrow. I kept playing and it was fine after that, so who knows. Also, I really need to stop taking the EC&Y right before these things, I get too hyped up and can't catch for shit because my reflexes are through the roof, and I can't fall asleep til midnight after I get home from being hyped up.
