Not bad, didn't push too hard here. Did some higher rep BB Inclining, need to decide if I'm going higher reps for now or higher weight.

- HPS: 95*5 125*3 140*2, 2
- BB Incline: 135*10 165*10 175*10
- Chinups: 11, 7, 5, shot.
- Standing Calves: 300*15, 15
- Waiter Walks: 90*100
- Dead Bugs: 10, 10
