I was still sort of full here, didn't seem to hurt any though. Kept focus on avoiding anterior pelvic tilt on the snatches and rollouts.

- Front Squats: 225*1 250*1
- Pullups: 10, 8, 7
- Suitcase Carries: 45*10
- Rollouts: 10
