I went hard on the 110s yesterday so my posterior chain was beat.  Led off with front squats here.

 - Tibia: 20*12,12
 - Sternum Pullups: 8, 4, 3 toast.
 - DB Farmers: 120*50, 50
 - NS FS Paloffs: 35*10, 10
