I had to do an abbreviated session here, last of the deload, with some lower weight on benching, and obviously lower volume. Back to normal after this.
- Squats: 315*1 345*1 365*1 385*1 405*1
- Snatch-Grip RDL: 265*5 285*5 305*5
- BB Flat: 245*3 265*1 285*1
