November 30, 2017 Full Body

Matched my PR on Hanging Power Snatches, definitely unexpected.  I have a sneaking suspicion that I have the potential to do that every time I lift, but I'm always fatigued from deadlifts.  In this case I did a low weight cluster.  Rest of session went good, still accreting strength on the incline benching.


  • Deadlift: 315*1 365*1 (double overhand) 405*1,1,1,1,1,1 (6 cluster)
  • HPS: 95*3 125*3 145*3 155*1 165*1 TIES PR!  175*X
  • BB Incline: 185*10,10,10,4 toast
  • Standing Calves: 300*15,15
  • LM Rows: 225*10,10,10 (3 cluster)
  • Mixed Grip Carries: 85*62
  • WSARC: 50*7
