Squat racks were taken so I led off with guillotine pressing & standing calves. Always conflicted when that happens; I'm happy other people are squatting, but irritated I have to mix up my order. Also, lower back was tight here, didn't really push squats. Clustered my pullups...doesn't really work for them though..
- Guillotine Press: 165*10 180*9,6 170*8,6
- Standing Calves: 300*15,15
- Squats: 315*1 340*1 365*1,1 315*1
- Front Squats: 225*1 250*1 275*1
- Seated Calves: 135*15, 15
- Sternum Pullups: 9, 5, 3 (cluster...didn't really work)
- DB Overhead Press Walk: 80*45,35
- Dead Bugs: 10, 10
