Looking at what I did here it doesn't look like much, but the snatches kill me, in a good way. Plus the split squats...my goodness. Still the hardest exercise I do. I'm screaming like I'm being murdered on the last rep for each leg. Decided to do them instead of front squats this week. I was thinking of doing hanging snatches here, but opted for full. I think next week I may switch to hanging snatches, as I'm really just focusing on power production with adding them in.
