Took it easy on the treadmill here, just got the heart-rate up for a few minutes then back down, was feeling tired.

I was really bloated for this one for some reason....not sure why....anyway, tried doing rows here first to see if it helped my shoulder warm up any better. It did not seem to matter all that much. It's odd, the shoulder feels completely fine on every other exercise almost, other than this particular form of benching, where it still is somewhat uncomfortable...

Surprising amount of pop here...got 160 on hanging power snatches....also bagged 260 on incline benching. I feel pretty much back to where I was when I jammed that shoulder...It's still a bit sore in the mornings if I sleep on it, but shortly after I've been up and moving around I don't really think of it much...Oddly the exercise here that I feel it on is the dead bugs when the right arm is full straight out and fully extended parallel to the floor behind me, the equivalent of raising my arm straight overhead.
